PI CLUBS: An opportunity to work cross-functional
Topics of interest
With the help of the group leader/facilitator, members select and prioritize the topics of interest they want to deep-dive into. Please click on your group of interest to see sample topics and a more detailed bio of the group leader.
In all Clubs, members represent different functions and diverse industries. The group replicates a typical organizational chart of a company, where leaders must collaborate across functions. Each group counts approx. 25 like-minded CEOs, C-suite, VPs, Directors, Founders, Partners from diverse companies comparable in
size/complexity. We also have Clubs for middle managers.
All members have veto rights to avoid competitors or unwanted connections in the same group. Trust and confidentiality are a must and
essential for open and valuable conversations.
Our experienced network leaders facilitate relationship building, discussions, case-work, reflections, and ensure that all meetings are effective,
highly relevant and rewarding for all participants.

Join one of our confidential peer groups of 20-25 members during five half-day meetings annually for each group. We provide a forum where our members build lasting relationships, share experience, gain new perspectives and access the latest insights & trends provided by leading experts.
Meeting format and agenda
We meet five half days a year, either in the morning or in the evening.
Members of our peer groups are carefully matched on criteria such as seniority and organizational level, reporting line, predetermined titles, company size, strategic/tactical or operational level, number of years of experience with leadership, geographical scope of responsibility, B2B/B2C/B2B2C, location in the country, etc.
We ensure a good mix of industries creating diversity of perspectives and a richness of innovative ideas for you and your company. No consultants, no competitors, no sponsors are accepted in the groups, but we regularly invite experts.
To ensure the perfect match, our senior advisors will ask you some questions during a short dialogue. We wish to understand your organization, priorities, challenges, and expectations. Based on your preferences, you will find the format matching your needs and calendar best.
