Meeting format and agenda

We meet five half days a year, either in the morning or in the evening.

Members of our peer groups are carefully matched on criteria such as seniority and organizational level, reporting line, predetermined titles, company size, strategic/tactical or operational level, number of years of experience with leadership, geographical scope of responsibility, B2B/B2C/B2B2C, location in the country, etc.

We ensure a good mix of industries creating diversity of perspectives and a richness of innovative ideas for you and your company. No consultants, no competitors, no sponsors are accepted in the groups, but we regularly invite experts.

To ensure the perfect match, our senior advisors will ask you some questions during a short dialogue. We wish to understand your organization, priorities, challenges, and expectations. Based on your preferences, you will find the format matching your needs and calendar best.
