An Opportunity To Work Cross-Functional

Matching Is Key
All members have veto rights to avoid competitors or unwanted connections in the same group. Trust and confidentiality are a must and essential for open and valuable conversations.
Professional & experienced facilitators
Our experienced network leaders facilitate relationship building, discussions, case-work, reflections, and ensure that all meetings are effective, highly relevant and rewarding for all participants.
Expert speakers
We regularly invite expert speakers to inspire members with the newest knowledge and trends within the topic of the day. We ensure relevance and very interactive sessions, where members can ask questions and share own experiences to the benefit of all.
Topics of interest
With the help of the network leader/facilitator, members select and prioritize the topics of interest they want to deep-dive into. All groups do a Vision Exercise to co-create once a year to evaluate, request new profiles to the group and set the agenda for the coming year.
